Payment 

My fee is $150 per session and $225 for an hour and a half. Payment is due at each visit and may be made by cash, check, Cash App, Pay Pal, or credit card. If you are paying by credit card, download and complete the Credit Card Authorization form and bring it to the first session.

I can see patients who have PPO insurance but not HMO. All patients and/or the financially responsible party (parent, caretaker, legal guardian) are financially responsible for the patient’s recurring weekly therapy appointment time.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. For any missed appointments or cancellations not made within 24 hours, payment will be expected at the start of the next regularly scheduled session. For those paying with a credit card, please understand that the credit card on file may be charged for any missed sessions if the client or parent/guardian does not return for the next scheduled session.

Phone Messages

Phone messages during business days will be returned within 24 hours. Messages left on weekends or during holidays will be returned by the following working business day. In case of a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

For phone calls between client and therapist that are of a therapeutic and/or case management nature, the same fees apply but after the first 15 minutes – the client will be charged after that first 15 minutes, fees starting at $75 for 30 minutes, $112 for 45 minutes, $150 for an hour.

Email Messages

Patients can contact me via email but for non-urgent and non-clinical needs. New patients should contact me by phone to discuss clinical needs and reasons for seeking treatment
